Kick up your heels on eve of the Radnor Hunt Races for festive Wildflower Bash on Friday, May 18
Dinner dance celebrates the 88th Radnor Hunt Races, benefiting the Brandywine ConservancyChadds Ford, PA, April 11, 2018 — Dust off your best dancing shoes, put on your most festive spring attire, and come ready to party at the Wildflower Bash on Friday, May 18—on the eve of the 88th Radnor Hunt Races. Presented by the Radnor Hunt Races Committee and lead race sponsor, BNY Mellon Wealth Management, the Wildflower Bash will kick off Race Day festivities with a fun evening of dinner, dancing, cocktails and raffles. Proceeds will benefit the open space and clean water programs of the Brandywine Conservancy, which has been the sole beneficiary of the Radnor Hunt Races since 1980.
The Wildflower Bash will be held at the Radnor Hunt in Malvern, PA, from 6:30 to 11:30 p.m, on Friday, May 18. Sip on cocktails, mingle with friends, and enjoy themed raffle baskets to begin the night, followed by a delicious, sit-down spring dinner and open bar. Following dinner, attendees can dance the night away with live music by the Ward Marston Orchestra. Festive cocktail attire is recommended. The 88th Radnor Hunt Races will take place rain or shine on Saturday, May 19; gates open at 10 a.m. Admission is sold in advance only, through May 11. New to the Radnor Hunt Races this year, the Fox’s Den—located trackside at the finish line—lets spectators mingle with the owners, trainers and riders while enjoying the event from the best seat in the house. Tickets to the Fox’s Den include gourmet catering by Garces, full beverage service by 13th Street Cocktail Catering, parking next to the tent area, private restrooms, Finish Line view and access to the post-Race Preakness party.
